Mastery is a mindset
Mastery is the knowledge or skill you give yourself to over time.
We've heard from Malcolm Gladwell's Outliers that world class mastery requires 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to push skills in a given area. A new Princeton study challenges that number depending on the field. Still, it's the investment that makes the difference.
It doesn't have to be a competitive field in order to derive satisfaction of happiness proportions. It can be gardening in a corn field. Or building model trains.
We're talking mastery in your profession, hobby or even home care.
